Keller Acquires GKM

Acquisition of GKM Consultants further strengthens Keller’s geotechnical monitoring expertise and solutions.



Hanover, MD, May 5, 2022 – Keller North America (Keller) announces the acquisition of GKM Consultants Inc., an instrumentation and monitoring provider in Quebec, Canada, with over 15 years of experience.

GKM will continue to operate as a separate company within Keller providing customers with the same industry-leading service. The business will continue to be managed by Stéphane-Eric Thivierge, President of GKM.

What new Maryland laws go into effect Oct. 1?

An update to Maryland’s hate crimes law, named for slain Army 2nd Lt. Richard Collins III, is one of several anti-discrimination measures going into effect Oct. 1.
